Finally it is complete!

This CD is the final product in a project that took me 15 year to complete. I started to study percussion at a young age, but I didn't start with proper studies in composition until my first year at the university. The dream of recording and releasing my own music started at graduation, but then life as a musician kept me busy. Balancing teaching at community schools and universities while performing worldwide with Global Percussion Network, made me put the dream on hold.

In 2007, when I was teaching in Southern Mexico, I was offered a position in Norrbotten-NEO, a brand new, full-time chamber ensemble for contemporary music. A-once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of, and develop, an ensemble of international status. So, of course I moved back to Sweden and ended up i Piteå all over again. Now I found myself in an environment perfect to let the project come to fruition; brand new instruments, a state-of-the-art concert hall and surrounded by friends an colleagues.

I'm so happy that I was able to materialize my ambitions into this CD and to realize my dream!
